My now husband & I got married in the Bush Cathedral on the 25th of June 2021.

Chapel Hill was the first and only venue we looked at when wedding planning, as I fell in love with the place straight away. Stunning natural beauty with several locations to choose from for the ceremony, each as beautiful and picturesque as each other. The reception hall was also lovely, complete with fairy lights to create a magical setting.

Our wedding day was perfect – The Bush Cathedral is absolutely stunning and ethereal place to get married. There is also a lot of gorgeous scenery to take photos. The food at the reception was delicious and well portioned.

Our experience with the staff, Diane, Rebecca & Rebekah from the first meeting to on the day was excellent. They always responded to our questions and helped us straight away when planning, and on the day provided so much support and were highly organised and professional. The waiting staff on the day we’re also really lovely and attentive.

We stayed overnight at the beautiful Lake Lodge and our guests stayed in the cabins on site. Both Lake Lodge and Bulgamatta Cottage especially impressed me, with their spaciousness, cleanliness and beautiful decor.

I had my dream wedding day, and I highly recommend all engaged couples to consider Chapel Hill when choosing a venue.

My wife’s review has already touched on the stunning scenery, incredible food, and staff that go above and beyond to ensure the perfect day for their couples.

I would add that our wedding was impacted by sudden changes in restrictions due to the coronavirus pandemic. The staff handled the developing situation with the utmost professionalism. The venue has a robust covid policy that allowed for us to book with confidence even in the midst of a pandemic, and this was honoured.

 I highly recommend Chapel Hill to anyone considering a Blue Mountains wedding.
