Our reception room boasts floor to ceiling windows and open verandahs with magnificent panoramic views across the Blue Mountains and seats up to 110 people. For larger numbers, we can erect a grand marquee on the lawn tennis court. Smaller weddings are welcome as are elopements and commitment ceremonies. The styles of wedding receptions we can offer are varied. You may decide on a delicious country buffet, a stylish cocktail party with finger food, a table d'hote selection or our fine dining menu. You may choose to celebrate with a fun-filled gourmet picnic complete with rugs and be-ribboned baskets of goodies. With picnics there are tables and chairs available for older persons. Dancing and formalities take place and tea and coffee are served in the reception centre. Another option is the colonial levee, a true celebration in the style of the early settlers is held in an open marquee on the lawn tennis court. In the event of inclement weather, the levee and the picnics move into the reception room. Menus may be taken as a guide to the style of food service we can provide, but still allowing you to make any special requests or have a menu of your choice especially prepared. All food is prepared and beautifully presented by our talented professional chef. At Chapel Hill your guests are served celebratory drinks with complimentary canapes in the garden gazebo while the bridal party utilises the picturesque gardens for perfect wedding photography. We even have a safe play area for children. Personalised care is given by our expert staff led by a co-ordinating supervisor with extensive wedding and hospitality experience.
